The Top (Nov 24-30)
1. Frank Sinatra - because Christmas is almost upon us, and he's my holiday tradition
2. The Pierces
3. The Jesus and Mary Chain
4. Jens Lekman - I hadn't listened to his music in some time, but he's wonderful
5. OK Go
6. Noah and The Whale - no, not just 5 Years is worth hearing from their album
7. The Killers - there is no escape
8. Minus - great background music for browsing the web, as I discovered last week; unobtrusive and entertaining
9. Le Tigre
10. The Libertines - I know they went their separate ways back in '04, but some of these songs are modern classics

H-bomb from ThaBombShelter (http://thabombshelter.blogspot.com) said the same about Noah and The Whale, just 5 years time!
i'm listening to it and it's kinda fun fun fun!
and about Polly Scattergood's Nitrogen pink i'm with you! it would be great if the lyric was discussed somewhere, because it's mysterious to me. i believe most of it is related to polly's personal life and we should ask herself to get the true meaning.
And all the education daddy,
It never paid
Because the fat man took my innocence away...
